Wishful Wednesday...a little late this week

I wish' .... I had the willpower to

stay on one particular diet,

and it would be _______!

South Beach Diet! It's a lean protein, low carb diet that really works! The problem is that once you start eating carbs again, all the weight comes back on. So, if I could stick with it, it would be fabulous. A great way to lose a quick 10 pounds in two weeks though.

  1. I have never tried the South Beach, but my best friends mom and dad swear by it. They have made it their lifestyle change since they are actually scared to eat carbs again!
