So now that I have my eating under control, I'm adding workouts in. I dusted off my Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred DVD and popped it in for a workout before watching AI. It was tough, but totally do-able. Excited to get toned up!
On a side note...if I had her body, this is the only outfit I would wear. Just sayin'.
I have been thinking of doing this too! I'm always hesitant to do at home workout video's though because I will have to do them downstairs and never know who will be walking in the door!
