Strawberry Cupcakes...take 2!

After the first try of Strawberry Champagne cupcakes didn't turn out so well, I decided to give it another shot. I used the same cupcake recipe, but made a Strawberry Whip Cream frosting instead. They turned out WONDERFUL! Even Mr. Awesome said they were the best ones I've made. Hooray, a success!!!!

The frosting really added a wonderful summery element. I pureed fresh strawberries to add to the whip cream. Mmmmmm! We had a family BBQ on Sunday, so I wanted to treat them. :)

Thier signature cupcake is "Pinkdelicious" so how could you not love it? I've actually never haaaad one, but hear they are fabulous. Maybe once I hit my first milestone I'll celebrate with a teesie piece. The recievers of these cupcakes seem to love them. Support local businesses!
