Sooooo, the second week weigh in didn't go as I'd hoped. Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible but not what I was expecting. I gained .4 of a pound so not an ENTIRE pound, but it's also not a loss. I re-evaluated my eating and activity levels and know what I need to do. Lets hope week 3 goes well!
Hi Lady! Just saw you were one of my followers so I popped on over to say hi! Don't get sad about not loosing anything. I weighed in this weekend too and I gained less than a pound. But I think that's because I always weigh in after a hard workout. So I have to stop doing that and weigh in before hand!
